Please open and inspect your order upon receiving it. If you have concerns, our goal is to quickly evaluate the issue and work with you to make things right.
NEW VINYL RETURN POLICY
We strive to ship new vinyl in mint condition. If it isn’t, we will email you before shipping to let you know. Shipping vinyl is a risk assumed by the buyer, and we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for cosmetic issues such as torn shrink wrap, seam splits, creases, minor corner dings, etc. We use brand new mailers with extra corner protection and fragile stickers and larger orders are double boxed and or have added corner protection.
Returns are approved on a case-by-case basis and must meet one or more of the following criteria:
You received the wrong item (item must be return sealed/unopened)
Your order was damaged in transit. Damaged shipments must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery date. Late requests will not be eligible for claims for refund or store credit.
If you receive an order damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We cannot submit damage claims without proof of the damage, so please retain all packing materials and product, and include clear photos of the damage with your initial inquiry, if possible. We require photos of both inner and outer packaging, and any damage to the product itself. Once proof of damage is received we will work with you on a claims submission for compensation or refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, file a claim with USPS.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests for Pre-Order items must be received within 5 days of the original purchase date. Pre-Orders canceled after 5 days are subject to a 10% processing fee. If you need to cancel a Pre-Order or other unshipped order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a refund, Pre-Orders must be canceled within 5 days of the original purchase date. Pre-Orders that have already shipped are not eligible for a refund.
