"After our love ended, your spirit entered me..." and what it did to Bjork was direct her to the music we find on Vulnicura. This album is not as immediately enjoyable as some of her pop confections she’s most famous for like Debut or Post or as immediately moving as some of her pop ballads like Homogenic or Vespertine. You’re not going to hear “Stonemilker” or “Family” rotating on the radio.  You’ll want to draw immediately to works like Biophilia, Medulla and Volta for sonic explanations but you will not find matches in the codec.
