With only one full-length album to their name alongside a handful of singles and compilation tracks, Chicago’s Cap’n Jazz left a longstanding impression and irrefutable influence on the region’s bohemian punk scene and unwittingly spawned a breeding ground for future scene stars including The Promise Ring, Joan Of Arc and Owls. Traces of their sonic fingerprint permeate hundreds of indie records released in their wake. Jade Tree is proud to offer the full-featured vinyl reissue that the record deserves. This double LP is packaged in a deluxe gatefold jacket with a full color, full size, booklet featuring never before seen photos, fliers, and ex-tensive liner notes by Tim Kinsella. The package also includes high quality digital downloads of all tracks with 10 additional songs from the original anthology.
