A corrido heavyweight captured with the rough, direct energy that made his songs travel far beyond the regional Mexican underground.
Includes signature storytelling, sharp accordion lines, and a voice that still sounds like it walked in with dust on its boots.
For fans of: Los Tigres del Norte, Ramon Ayala, Antonio Aguilar.
The classic 1991 album by Chalino Sánchez, the King of Corridos, finally makes its vinyl debut. Originally released by Discos Musart on CD and cassette, it features the powerful tambora sound of Banda Sinaloense La Flor del Campo. With twelve tracks – ten written by Chalino – this album blends raw storytelling and regional pride. (AAA) lacquers cut from the original master tapes bring this essential release to life.
