Upon Tomorrow brings Colosseum's live force and unfinished studio ideas into the same frame. Organ, saxophone and guitar pass phrases across a restless rhythm section, moving between blues weight and more exploratory ensemble playing. The archive material reveals a band whose arrangements could be intricate without losing the urgency and physical presence of its performances.
