Thirteen tracks including Giving Bad People Good Ideas, Hot Head, and Spikes.
Combines MC Ride's vocals with Zach Hill and Andy Morin's abrasive rhythmic production.
For fans of: clipping., Dälek, and noise-driven experimental hip hop.
Bottomless Pit delivers Death Grips' dense collision of rap, noise, and fractured electronic rhythm in sharply concentrated form. MC Ride's voice cuts through distorted textures and hard-edged beats, while the tracks continually shift their balance between repetition and disruption. The album is confrontational, but its concise structures make the rhythmic detail unusually easy to follow.
