Gold Teal vinyl edition of Kava Kon’s Tiki For the Atomic Age.
The expanded vinyl presentation revisits the 2009 exotica album through the Mello Exotica label.
The program includes “The Atomic Clock” and “Behind the Sun,” tracks added to the expanded vinyl sequence alongside the original lounge and exotica material.
For fans of: Martin Denny, Esquivel, Air.
Vibraphones, reverb-heavy guitar, organ, and percussion give the album a cinematic space-age lounge sound built as much for atmosphere as melody.
