Everything Is Possible! The Best Of Os Mutantes collects key work from the Brazilian psychedelic legends on LP vinyl.
Blue vinyl edition tied to Luaka Bop's World Psychedelic Classics series.
For fans of: Caetano Veloso, Gal Costa, Tom Zé, Gilberto Gil.
Os Mutantes turned Brazilian pop inside out with fuzz, hooks, studio weirdness, and a playful sense of chaos. A superb collection drawn from the first five LP's by Brazil's remarkable Os Mutantes. Taking cues from the Beatles and western psych pop and marrying that to traditional Brazillian forms, born under a repressed political climate Os Mutantes became one of the standard bearers for the tropilcalia movement. Truly great pop music, wildly innovative, psychedelic and both edgy and fun. Killer tracks include 'Bat Macumba', 'A Minha Menina' and Caetano Veloso's lovely 'Baby'. On Luaka Bop.
