Power of the Hunter delivers Tank's rough-edged heavy metal with a hard-rock swagger and a strong sense of momentum. Gritty vocals, direct riffs, and pounding rhythms keep the songs moving without unnecessary polish. The album captures the band's early sound at the meeting point between British metal and street-level rock and roll.
