Guns N' Roses “Appetite for Destruction” CD

• Guns N' Roses' 1987 debut album.
• Includes "Welcome to the Jungle," "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Paradise City."
• Blues-rooted guitar interplay and a loose, hard-driving rhythm section.

For fans of: Aerosmith, Hanoi Rocks, Skid Row

Appetite for Destruction draws much of its force from the way the guitars pull against a rhythm section that swings rather than simply pounds. Axl Rose's voice gives each song a sharply defined attitude, while the arrangements make space for melodic turns inside the attack. The result connects hard-rock immediacy with the unpredictable feel of a band playing closely together.
